We, Tokiwa Club Cooperative, are an authorized supervisory organization licensed by the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare to mediate technical intern trainees. You can rest assured that we will take care of all the procedures that may seem difficult under the technical internship system, such as preparation for entry into Japan and pre- and post-entry training. In addition, our supervisory organization always conducts appropriate supervision, such as by taking a training course every three years and undergoing external audits. We strive to ensure that both the host company and the technical intern trainees can undergo the system with peace of mind.
We conduct careful interviews with the host company to ascertain what the content of the training is and what kind of personnel they want.
An interview is conducted with the trainee. At this time, we determine the trainee's motivation, matching with the host company, and aptitude.
Technical intern trainees receive training to begin their practical training smoothly. They undergo at least two months of training before and after entering Japan to prepare for practical training.
Finally, the technical internship begins! After the start of training, the union will continue to provide consultation and guidance to the host company and technical intern trainees regarding any problems or difficulties they may have.
